Fixed fees
Immigration applications, family work and many routine matters are quoted as a clear fixed fee so there are no surprises as your case progresses.

OUR FEES
Fixed fees where we can, tailored estimates where we must — so you always know what to expect before we begin.
HOW WE CHARGE
We take the anxiety out of instructing a solicitor. Wherever possible we work on a fixed fee, and we always explain disbursements, VAT and timescales before you commit.
Immigration applications, family work and many routine matters are quoted as a clear fixed fee so there are no surprises as your case progresses.
Complex, multi-party or defended matters are charged at published hourly rates. You receive an estimate after the initial meeting and regular billing updates.
Family clients can book up to one hour in person or by phone for £250 plus VAT, followed by a detailed letter of tailored advice.
IMMIGRATION
Our exact fees depend on your circumstances — the type of application, supporting evidence, language, and whether you are applying with dependants. Additional family members attract extra legal fees.
Timescales depend on the evidence we need to consider, missing documents, language, and whether dependants are included. We cannot control Home Office processing times — current estimates are on GOV.UK. We will give you a more accurate fee and timescale once we have reviewed your case. Home Office fees: GOV.UK. UKVCAS fees: ukvcas.co.uk.
