OUR FEES

Clear, honest pricing

Fixed fees where we can, tailored estimates where we must — so you always know what to expect before we begin.

HOW WE CHARGE

Pricing that putsclarity first

We take the anxiety out of instructing a solicitor. Wherever possible we work on a fixed fee, and we always explain disbursements, VAT and timescales before you commit.

Fixed fees

Immigration applications, family work and many routine matters are quoted as a clear fixed fee so there are no surprises as your case progresses.

Hourly rates

Complex, multi-party or defended matters are charged at published hourly rates. You receive an estimate after the initial meeting and regular billing updates.

Consultations

Family clients can book up to one hour in person or by phone for £250 plus VAT, followed by a detailed letter of tailored advice.

IMMIGRATION

What our visa fees coverand what they do not

Our exact fees depend on your circumstances — the type of application, supporting evidence, language, and whether you are applying with dependants. Additional family members attract extra legal fees.

Our fees include

  • Discussing your case in detail and confirming the most appropriate application
  • Advice on the Immigration Rules and whether you meet the criteria
  • Considering supporting evidence and helping you obtain further documents
  • Preparing and submitting the application on your behalf
  • Booking Super Priority where the visa category allows
  • Advice on Home Office interviews and the outcome of your application

Not included

  • VAT at 20% where you already have leave to remain in the UK
  • Home Office, IHS, UKVCAS and Super Priority fees payable to third parties
  • Appeals or administrative review if the Home Office refuses the application
  • Translation, interpreter and independent expert reports
